I have been unable to book an appointment since I joined this practice several months ago. The lines are busy even when you ring between 8am-9:30am for an appointment.
The receptionists are quite unhelpful in getting medication issued, despite my medication needing review I have not had any help despite my health deteriorating.
I'm sure the GP's are helpful but I would not know because I can not get an appointment.
