"Stockton CAMHS attitude to patients/families."

About: Tees, Esk And Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust

We have had to deal with Stockton CAMHS / LD CAMHS on numerous occasions over the past few years, and unfortunately the telephone manner of the reception team and some nurses leaves a lot to be desired, sometimes it is blatantly rude.

When dealing with the families of disabled children this should NOT be happening, we should not be treated as an inconvenience. This needs to be improved!
