"Disgusting"

What could be improved

Everything - quality of food, efficiency of staff, communication between staff.

Anything else?

Staff should communicate effectively, my grandad was in admitted to this hospital and was in for 3 weeks, from the very start we were told one thing from one member of staff and told differently by another. The nurses seemed quite lazy and there favorite saying was 'ill be one in a minute' and would turn up hours later or not at all. If you wanted something it would need to be asked for several times before you got what you wanted, and know one seemed to know what was going on!
