What could be improved

why does the podiatry department take repeat bookings for hornsea?their telephone i have found is rarely responed to,but the answering message and machine seem worthless when messages are ignored regularly.on tuesday i will make what will be the forth attempt to arange a treatment for my wife lets hope for more luck.This is your customer service practice and although i can accept it may well be that the phone needs to be ignored the answering machine is another matter.why? it seems at best your system could be reasonably perceived as unsatisfactory if not simply poor please provide what you deem to offer
