"Everyone caring and treated as a person!..."

What I liked

I had a to have a Coronary Angiography on Friday 7th July and must admit I was very

nervous as I can get panic attacks. From the time that I arrived at the department I was put at my ease. Everyone in that department and I mean everyone was fantastic really caring and had time for all patients nothing was too much trouble. My doctor took time to explain what was going to happen all through the procedure and made me feel at ease. I am happy to report everything was ok and no need to have another appointment which is great.

You should be really proud of this department and think they should be told what a great job they are all doing. Many thanks to you all keep up the good work

I actually live in Little Budwoth which is about 3/4 an hour away and if I have to go to Hospital I would always choose University of North Staffs Hospital
