Why is it that staff think they have medical degrees and can advise patients without you ever seeing a Dr, not that you can ever get to see a Dr when you want, cant even make a routine medication review appointment. Expected to phone at 8.30am and "take you chances" of getting an appointment when you want one. Some of us actually work full time and cant be trying to contact the surgery over 40 times before you actually get your call answered, when you do get through you're told there is nothing left so try again. What a joke. Try ordering medication and told to buy it over the counter tried to explain the strength of medication required is prescription only, reception staff tell you to take 3 tablets of a lower strength, once again didn't know the reception staff are medically trained. Some off the staff need to have better attitudes towards patients and realise that patients are sometimes really unwell even though they look fine, maybe then they will be less patronising.
