more often than not, I can usually get an appt, if I cant, then the GP will call me, they are always polite and professional. Check in service on the tv screen is a good way to check in when there is a queue, the waiting room is large, but could do with some more programmes on tv, to engage customers, there is not usually a decent selection of magazines etc to read. I have been a patient here at this surgery a very long time, and have never had any issues, my doctor is lovely, and always has time for me. Receptionists are polite too.

Good Morning

Thank you for providing feedback. I take your point about the programmes on the waiting room monitor. This is something we can look to refresh. Have you any ideas what information we could include?

We have a small second hand book exchange in the waiting room where patients can donate books and collect new ones. Any money generated is used for patients and our Patient Participation Group (PPG) decide what to spend the money on. As we have this available and also following infection control protocols, it was thought we didn't need magazines as well. Maybe have a look at the book exchange next time you are here, there's lots of variety.

I will share your feedback at the next staff meeting.
