"Not a reassuring experience at all."

About: Basildon University Hospital

What I liked

No alot

What could be improved

Care of the elderly. Staff need to listen and look at patient notes. Patients Charter should be like a bible to staff. When relative speak to staff regarding patient care they should not be made to feel lik they are in the way.

Anything else?

More training is needed to nursing staff in dealing with elderly patients and communicating with relatives.
