What could be improved

Has mentioned previously,continuous appointments were cancelled make diagnosis so long. It took a year to diagnose my problem and then time an time again an appointment was cancelled. Absolutely disgraceful. I've been off work for most of the year waiting for treatment which cannot go ahead till final referral from the doctor,but is isn't likely to happen till an appointment actually takes place. No wonder the NHS is a financial pit hole. If it was a business it would've gone bankrupt years ago. Staff simply do not care about time and money that patients have to sacrifice
