What I liked

I observed that this hospital works as a highly professional and well-oiled machine. I was particulary impressed by the effective teamwork and the camaraderie amongst the staff at all levels. The nurses and nurse carers undertake their long shifts in a very calm, helpful and caring way moving from routine to emergency tasks and back very competently. Also on admission I was greeted formally by a nurse and several members of her team which was very reassuring.

What could be improved

Sure there are things that could be improved, particularly around infrastructure which they are working on. However its the people that make any organisation and the staff are great.

I wrote to the Trust's CEO to complement and thank everyone at Frimley Park Hospital for providing such a high quality service. Having just spent two days as a patient I am both proud and thankful that we have the NHS nationally and Frimley Park Hospital just down the road from where I live.
