What I liked
I have been to Birmingham Dental hopsital a lot as i suffer with anxiety from dentists and dental treatment, i'm put under intravenous sedation to deal with my anxiety, the hospital prescribed me temezpan to get me to the hospital. The hospital has been very supportive and helpful with my consulation the staff member i saw was very calming and talked about my options on how to treat my dental treatment, they understood that i get very nervous and sometimes get asthma attacks, but all of the staff reassured me they wouldn't me treating me at that time, i went for my first intranvenous sedation and the staff were very professional, espicially after the treatment they tested to see if i could stand and if i needed to rest, I'm slowly starting to find it easier to go to the hospital as i know the staff will help me and reassure me that i won't feel a thing. I'm expectionally pleased with the standard of care i've had.
What could be improved
The only improvement i could think of is the waiting room on the 6th floor for restortative dentistry is very warm and there isn't a lot of seating which isn't helpful to nervous patients.
