"Sort out the queuing for a better..."

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

What I liked

I went to the drop in clinic for an early pregnancy scan. The staff were friendly and supportive and talked me through the procedure and my next steps. This was a very happy experience for me and they contributed to this good feeling.

What could be improved

With the drop in blood testing clinic you are able to take a number and join the queue. With the scanning clinic there was literally a run on the door when the clinic opened and no proper queuing. I was second there but as I was not aggressive enough I was sixth in the line when the door opened and so waited two hours for the scan. I think that a queuing system should be set up to avoid this.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your comments about your experience at the early pregnancy unit. We are pleased that the staff were friendly and supportive but sorry that the queuing system meant that your experience was not a completely positive one. Your comments will be passed on to the relevant staff and thank you once again for your feedback.
