What I liked

I reported to A & E with back pain (suspected kidney stones). within 6 hours I had been seen by 3 different doctors, had blood & urine sampled & tested, had a CT scan identifying 2 kidney stones in my system and agreed a 'wait & see policy' where i was allowed home with pain relief medication and an invitation to reurn if the pain worsened.

I was treated with dignity & compassion by sypathetic & proffessional staff, who I cannot praise highly enough.

What could be improved

The discharging process took a while, (but all the staff were extremely busy with more important tasks).
