What could be improved

Eye tests are done in a *cubicle style* setting where the rooms are not seperated by a complete wall. Im deaf, and the noise from every other consultation was making my own one VERY difficult because of the way the rooms are layed out.

I waited one and a half hours for a 10 minute appointment.

My letter after my appointment had SOMEONE ELSE'S LETTER typed on the back ! I now know this persons full address, GP Name and Address, NI number, Full name and Wifes name ! Absolutely terrible breach of patient confidentiality and il be taking this up with complaints, as who knows where MY details have gone !
