"the nurses on ward 53 great but doctors..."

About: King's Mill Hospital

What I liked

I was admitted to a & e last wednesday treat great informed in everything they did , they transferred me to nottingham city very quick as they thought i had a stroke . I was there for 2 days then transferred back to kingsmill thats when the problems started I was put on ward 53 after the 2 hospitals arguing about me as I am only 30 ward 53 didnt want me as they couldnt confirm if i had a stroke . I have been in alot of pain with bad headache as i banged my head and blurred vision. The doctor who first saw me on the ward was brilliant and advised me i would be stopping in the weekend to have mri scan monday morning and portable ecg fitted. When a different doctor came morning he just had couldnt give a damn attitude he didnt examine me just asked if i was ok. I told him i still had ache and he said i could go home as soon as possible so i felt like he didnt care I was told my discharge letter would be sent in the post which i didnt feel was right .

What could be improved

Doctors communicate better between them self and make patients feel reassured.
