"Informative effective Physio"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Physiotherapy

I have had 2 sessions with Mr Murray at Crosshouse Hospital, Physio. Dept. and I would like to thank him.

I have tennis elbow and had a steroid injection a month ago. I had heard so many horror stories about the injections but can honestly say it was almost painless. Clearly good injection technique and very effective in reducing my pain.

Mr Murray explained to me in simple terms how tennis elbow occurs and how to prevent it. He clearly is very good at his job, cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable.

I wanted to respond to you to clarify why Care Opinion did alter your story so as not to include My Murray's full name. As per our moderation policy, we never publish the full names of members of staff even if they have been named in a positive way as is the case here. We only include their first or second name. However, we are keen to encourage people to share positive feedback about members of staff, and strive to do all that we can to ensure that lovely feedback makes it's way back to them.
