What I liked
The nurses and doctors were polite and helpful. When I eventually got to see the doctor he gave me information and treatment I would be receiving.
What could be improved
Lack of information on my appointment letter about my treatment which would help patient to know what exactly is going on before arriving for their out patients appointment. For patients to actually get seen at their appointment times and not kept waiting for nearly two hours which I was. For the reception staff not to leave their shift until all the patients have actually finished seeing the doctor as patients can not book their follow up appointments once reception staff have left and then have to await a letter in the post for an appointment, which may not even be suitable for them. Or maybe the receptionist should do a shift basis otherwise.
Not fair for patients being waiting two hours, then come out late and be left in limbo cant make follow up appointments either as suitable for them and now have to await a letter in the post which could take ages or go missing.
"Cant book follow up appointment as..."
