What could be improved

1 At the hospital entrance adjacent to the 'dining corridor' there were smokers and many cigarette ends lying around. Bad enough having to walk past without seeing the remains of cigarettes. Is there a no smoking sign closeby?

2 After a well organised visit I had to wait a full hour for a prescription to be dispensed. On arrival at pharmacy I was told there would be about 1/2 hour delay. Barely acceptable. When I eventually collected medication there was no apology until I advised staff that was going to complain. Then I was given a grudging 'I can only apologise'. There were other patients complaining. It would appear that an investigation into the performance of Lloyds Pharmacy needs to be carried out.
