"My son's HESS workers"

My son has severe and complex healthcare needs. In order to safely attend nursery, he is attended at all times by a HESS worker. There are two ladies that do this role, Ashley and Megan. They are both AMAZING. They are always punctual. They are attentive to every detail of his medical needs. In difficult situations, I trust them absolutely to make the right decision, and I know that if they were unsure they would call me or seek advice from the right person. They provide a detailed report at the end of each day so I know exactly how he is doing. Most importantly, they treat him like a little boy - they play with him, chat to him, and give him cuddles. He absolutely loves them and smiles at the mention of their names! They make it possible for him to experience nursery like any other little boy, and the whole family is grateful to them for that.
