What I liked

The Consultant was very infformative about all aspects of my Cataract Operation. He sorted out the

delays and was a perfect gentleman.

All of the staff at the hospital were caring, courteous and knowledgable.

The room was very clean, the receptionist were all pleasant. The food was very reasonable.

I have a very succesful operation and you could not do better.

What could be improved
