"Not bad, need new reception staff"

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital

What I liked

The Drs and Nurses were very nice, I was kept informed and given choices.

What could be improved

Long wait times with the tv in the room turned off all 3 times I visited. Was a very uncomfortable silence in the room, bar hearing the reception staff having a laugh and a joke, which isnt the nicest thing in an abortion clinic. One of them was rather rude, put me right off being there.
