What I liked

Nothing. I turned up for my appointment with a consultant in the orthopaedic department, only to find a clinic full of patients, and no consultant! I was told by the staff that nobody could understand why he hadn't turned up, but that they would try to to rebook me asap. Not good enough! I had already waited the best part of three months for that appointment. How can an a consultant just "forget" that he has a clinic??

What could be improved

Communication.
