What I liked
i was addmitted to ward 33 from james cook hospital after failed surgery for cancer the staff on this ward were more than helpful in every way nothing was to much trouble for them , i was on ward 33 for just over 3 weeks and found all the staff very freindly and hard working . i would like to take this oppotunity to thank all the staff for the high standard of care in which i recieved on my stay in ward 33 i still go to this ward for treatment every couple of weeks and always recieve a very warm welcome from all the staff . well done all of you !
What could be improved
more staff to cover holidays poor nurses were run off there feet not that they coplained bless them.
Anything else?
on behalf of my family and i i would like to say a big thank you to every one on ward 33 you do a great job.
