What I liked

I recently attended the Elective Treatment Centre for day surgery. I was very impressed by the clean and spacious ward environment. The staff were very kind, helpful and professional in their duties. The whole process from admission in the early morning to discharge in the evening was efficient and well planned.

What could be improved

The food was of very poor quality, tasteless and looked unappetising and lacking nutritional value.

Anything else?

As a retired health care professional, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to relatives and friends.
