"very good surgery"

I appreciate that as a busy surgery it is hard to get through on the phone in the morning but there is always the option to go in at 8 am to book an appointment, I find the doctors very good.I recently needed a referral to the hospital and it was all done swiftly. The reception staff do an amazing job under a lot of pressure, I have been in the waiting room when a patient was being very rude and abusive and they handled it with calm efficiency. It makes me very angry that in this day and age people think it's ok to be abusive when they can't get their own way.
