What I liked

I had a colonoscopy exam by your staff at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital on Tuesday the 28th of June 2011. I could not be happier with the first class treatment I have recieved from all the staff during this disressing time. From the person who scheduled the procedure appointment and explained all the details, risks and benefits and the nurse and their team who conducted the exam with friendly and competent professionalism. Well Done and my thanks to all!!!!!!!!
