"Care given"

About: St. Mary's Health Centre

The care given to my next of kin was exemplary. A patient with dementia and lung cancer all Drs treated with dignity and respect. They were aware of the patients nervous disposition and was made to feel at ease. They included and took notice of my suggestions and observations and included me in all decisions. Apart from the carer the Doctors and staff could not have given better care and support. Without the support of the practice excellent management of care I could not have managed. I am very greatful. When possible they tried to send the same Dr to provide continuity and lessen the confusion. Thankyou

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such positive comments about the Practice, particularly the care your next of kin received from our Doctors.

We always try to be as caring as possible, and it's good to know our efforts are appreciated.
