A big thank you to two particular nurse from Margaret Weekes and her family.
Mum sadly passed away yesterday on 15th March after a long battle with vascular dementia/pneumonia.
These two nurses provided exceptional care and was always there for mum and the family.
They showed the greatest respect at all times and made mum as comfortable as possible making our difficult time more bearable.
Both nurses are a credit and valuable asset to Southmead Hospital and deserve to be praised for their hard work and outstanding professionalism and i couldn't recommend them enough to care for family members on an end of life pathway. Bless you both x
