"Kind staff on Safari Day unit and Rainforest Ward"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted after an asthma attack. Staff were fantastic throughout, every single member we encountered made us feel safe and cared for.

Having a child in hospital is a scary experience and the dread of being discharged can be just as daunting. But staff supported us throughout with reassurance and kindness.

Dear Happy Mummy 2018

Thank you taking the time to share your feedback with us about your recent visit to our ward, we always love hearing patients stories, and your feedback is so useful to us.

We are delighted to hear that you had a positive experience and that your son made a quick recovery.

We hope that he is now feeling much better and doesn’t give mummy and daddy a scare like that again.

Thank you once again.

Very best wishes

Laura Richmond, HCSW and Sharon Birkin, Deputy Sister
