What I liked

Friendly calm environment even when i entered the theatres. The nurses and doctors were very kind and considerate at all times and i was kept informed of what was happening throughout the surgery. I was very anxious before my proceedure was carried out but at all times i was treated with respect and dignity. Although only a minor proceedure which was carried out in the day treatment centre, i was treated with dignity, resperct and compassion throughout.. The nurses were nterested in how i wasfeel after the proceedure and offered refreshments when i was able to have some
