"Rude"

Firstly I hardly attend the GP but when I went to get my travel injections done the language behind reception is awful! They talk like no one is waiting in the waiting room about patients, and I find this disgusting for people waiting in the waiting room who are unwell and feeling down. So rude and ignorant! Secondly I had my travel injections done and ended up with serious cellulitis in my arm. I am not going back to get them done at the surgery again and I will be signing up elsewhere. Get treated like a leper in there. Have some dignity and respect or go and work somewhere else and not in healthcare.
