After walking to the doctors to register over a month ago and being told it would take 24 hours for me to be a fully registered patient, I rang for an appointment. I was told to call back in half an hour in order to be transferred to the doctor as there was no appointments available. When i rang back the receptionist was unable to find me on the system and I was told my registration had not taken place.
I then spent the duration of my supposed 'appointment' registering for a second time. By the time it was complete the doctor was no longer available and I was told to call back again. When I did call back the doctor was of no help at all. They told me I needed to come in and should not have had a telephone appointment. I have back pain and I did say this to the receptionist from the beginning. The doctor asked if I had taken any painkillers and I informed them that I had but they were not helping. They replied 'you must try' and then hung up on me! I found this to be incredibly rude. This surgery is not proffessional and I will be looking for a new doctors surgery in the area!
