"A brilliant hospital for children!"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

What I liked

Kind nursing staff

Efficient doctors

Good communication

Play facilities

Music session

Anything else?

My 2 year old son was transferred to JR in the middle of the night from A&E in Reading with a strangulated hernia. The care he recieved at both hospital was excellent and efficient. The nursing staff were particularly kind and geniunely concerned for his welfare. He got stickers every time he was "good", which he loved!!! The surgical staff did a fantastic job, and everything was explained to us clearly. He only had his operation yesterday, but he is already pain free and running around like nothing had ever happened. Thank you so much for everything :o)
