What I liked
I was sent by my GP to have a blood test and an ex-ray of my back. I have severe scoliosis and my doctor wanted to check the deterioration. Everone was extremely helpful from the desk clerks who checked me in to the lovely radiographer and the radiologist. I paid to have a C/D made of the exray and when I collected it next morning a very nice man came out with it . I told him that I had an appointment with my doctor the next day and he promised to have the report with my doctor immediately. This was done. I did not have long to wait for my ex-rays and everyone was so pleasant. To get such service on the NHS is indicative of how good your hospital is.
I have also had many blood tests and that department is efficient and all the staff are pleasant and smiling.
