What I liked
Generally my mother-in-law was well cared for and, when required at discharge, duty nurse very helpful in finally obtaining medication from pharmacy
What could be improved
The wait, on discharge - just over 3.5 hours just for the medication to come up from Pharmacy was disgraceful. Obviously from comments from other staff (of different duties) this was usual and if you wish to have 'overall satisfaction' you'll never get it until you sort this out.
