What I liked
Staff are polite and try to be helpful
What could be improved
The Cardiology department is very poorly signposted, although I was given a slip to guide me I found that even some members of staff were unaware which floor the Cardiology dept was. Wards 4,5 and 6 are not signposted next to the lifts or on the actual wards themselves. The Department is tucked away around a corner on Floor 2 as I discovered after some time.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you felt the signposting to cardiology was poor. We have wall-mounted boards on the wall next to the lift in the main ward block. Although these display details of where the wards are located (including Cardiology), we will now review these to see how they can be improved.
