What I liked

I had my gall bladder removed on Monday 13 June and from entering the access lounge all the staff were very friendly and put me at my ease. They answered any questions and took the time to explain just what was going to happen. The surgical team were excellent and the anaesthetist took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what action would be taken. The post operative care on ward 4 was by staff who were courteous at all time.

What could be improved
