What I liked

the care provided to me whilst on the ward was amazing. absolutely all the staff I encountered where exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and funny and all showed a high level of pride and dudiligence in their work. not just to me but all the patients I shared the ward with. one of the biggest impressions made on me was that everyone actually listened to what I had to say and how I was feeling and made me as comfortable as possible. I cannot thank the staff of ward c33 enough for taking such good care of me but anyway... thank you
