What I liked
I was admitted in A&E as an emergency due to a truncated hernia in Febuary then was released 24 hours later as it was deemed non emergency surgery that was required.I have been in constant pain and have been off work ever since awaiting surgery.I have been now told it may be within the next 18-20 weeks! When asked if I could be transfered to the hospital complaints department they said they would transfer me...then cut me off!
What could be improved
Better service by a human being and not some burnt out robot of a nurse.
The abiltity to appear human when dealing with patients and also the ability to actualy perform operations!
Anything else?
Maybe if you had more staff or a careing staff the place maybe looked on a bit better.
