"Good practice"

Quite a long wait both times i have visited this week but i feel this is to be expected. Rang for a last minute appointment at 4pm as my child was ill after school, i couldnt get an appointment but my gp called me back. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Both of the GP's visited were thorough and informative in person. GP who called back was also brilliant. Would recomend this practice.
