"Disappointment"

Have been registered with this GP for over 20 years. Has got progressively worst over the last few years.

You have to phone at spot on 8am to stand even the remotest chance of getting an appointment.

You are usually then kept on hold for around ten minutes until your call is answered.

I arrived 5 mins before my appointment but 50 minutes later I was still waiting, I then asked the receptionist how late the Doctor was running behind I was told that there were still 2 people in front of me. The previous appointment I had I was kept waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Whilst I appreciate how busy the Doctors are surely they can put a notice up or inform people that they have a lengthy wait ahead, just out of common courtesy.
