"Utter shambles!"

About: Cleveland Surgery

All things concerned at this surgery need addressing. Telephone appointments... no, attend in person. Reception staff should have a complete account of ones life before they decide to give an appointment - if there is one available. Self-booking-in system seldom works and lost appointments occur because no one is informed of the failure, least of all the patient. The turn-over of doctors themselves is alarming. In the final analysis, if some of the doctors/staff were trades-people, I am afraid they would be unemployable! Yes, I have my stories but they must be taken-up with the NHS; BMA; CQC; GMC; since this surgery has failed to acknowledge my letters of complaint!

Thank you for your comments.

New changes are being made across the surgery to improve our appointments system and better ways of working.

The surgery has had retirements of GP's and Dr Imam, Dr Siddiqui have joined Dr Percival as partners of the practice.

More recently they have employed a further GP, Dr Khan and currently have 5 GP's working at the practice.

Unfortunately we do not have contact details from the comments to be able to address your issues of complaint.

If you wish to speak to the practice management team please contact the surgery.
