About: Munro Medical Centre

We have been using this practice for 6 years now and have always been treated with courtesy and respect by the helpful staff members. Appropriate and timely appointments have been made (via the triage service, online or by phone) and referrals made where necessary. When a referral had to be made for a suspected cancer, we were not allowed to leave the surgery until a hospital appointment had been made. All clinicians give time and attention and you don't feel rushed. At my most recent appointment (made on line as non-urgent) the problem was diagnosed and two further appointments made for treatment within an hour. At a time when GPs are being criticised by various sectors of government and press we would like to say how grateful we are for having a service of this kind on our doorstep.
