"Go above and beyond"

I have recently had cause to visit the surgery more frequently than usual and have been really impressed with the level of service I've received both from doctors, nurses, other medical staff and administrative staff. They always try to accommodate your needs and will try and solve problems over the phone where possible.

A special effort was made when staff knew I was about to go on holiday and I was so grateful for this.

The online service is also much better than other local surgeries.
