"worst surgery i have ever been to"

this surgery is terrible please do not register as you will regret it. my daughter had a rash and was sick they wouldn't answer the phone so took her in and they sent us to a and e without even seeing her as they were to busy even though we were stood in reception. the receptionists clearly like to think they know it all I am so angry about the terrible service and do not understand how nothing has been done even with all the awful reviews I think this surgery should be reviewed by nhs

I am sorry you were unhappy with the service you received. Unfortunately the surgery is unable to provide a walk in service however we do operate a call back service where if you had left your details a GP would have contacted you that day to advise/see your daughter. The phonelines are extremely busy and the Practice continually reviews busy times and puts an additional person on to answer telephone calls. The receptionists make patients aware of the call back service whilst also informing patients of alternatives if the call back service is seen as unacceptable by the patient.
