After calling the doctors surgery this morning I am appalled with the communication given by the receptionist, she was rude and patronising, more so than usual. I have always found the front desk staff unhelpful and unfriendly apart from maybe 1 lady. Today she was especially rude as they only have one doctor available for all appointments and asked is my call an emergency. I understand that low staff levels may require a change in usual procedures but I do not expect to be spoken to in the rude manner which she did. As my call was not an emergency I will call back tomorrow for her to abruptly tell me if I don’t call at 8 I will not get an appointment. I often hear people complain about them and cannot believe that they still behave in the manner of which they do, when will something be done?
As I am writing the review I would like to comment how helpful I have found my doctor and most of the doctors working here recently but am disappointed of the continuity.
