What I liked

I had two visits to the MRI in the last week. The first one was to the Walk-in Clinic after an out-of-hours call to my GP surgery. I was impressed with the efficiency of the people who took my call and how quickly it was all dealt with. I then had to attend A&E for further treatment. Again, I was impressed with the friendly helpful attitude of all the staff - from the receptionist to the medical staff. People are too quick to criticise but there is a lot of good work going on.
