"eye clinic appt"

3 weeks ago i went to the eye clinic and had some prism tests done the lady that i saw said she was going to make some sort of stick that i could use to do some exercises with to see if this would strengthen my eyes. She said she was really busy but that she would send it out to me in the post. And then she would send me a further appt to see if it had helped. 3 weeks down the line i have not received anything in the post so my appt with her has been a complete waste of time and tax payers money.very unhappy. On the plus side the consultants appt that i had ten mins after i had seen this woman was excellent he was completely organised and professional a total contrast so not all bad
