"Nothing is ever too much trouble."

Always had a lovely experience at Roundwood I've been under their care since I was a baby 24 years ago! Nothing is ever too much trouble and I know sometimes it's hard to get through on the line but hey they look after a lot of patients and when you do get through from the receptionist to the GP visit or telephone consultation they always do their best and always treat me with dignity.

For an example:

I saw a Dr this week with neck pain and they really looked after me sorted out an investigation to see if I had slipped a disc or anything, they prescribed me some pain killers to help and rebooked and appointment two days after for review, the next day I had a phone call from the DR just to see how I was doing and if I felt any better, how lovely is that?

Always going the extra mile for their patients, I've seen them a few times this year and I always feel looked after, anyway the day of review I was running 15 min. Late in traffic as I had a scan and it was running late but they still allowed me to come and see them for review. I know how much pressure is in our GPS and there's little funding for the amount of patients they see and I just think they are all fabulous, I hope my message gets passed over to all the staff at Roundwood you all do a fantastic job! Always involved in care.
