What I liked

I am from Australia and my sister and myself attended the Minor Injuries Unit on a Sunday morning with both of having colds(?). We had been staying at a nearby pub and was recommended we come to your unit rather than go to a doctors surgery in London later that day. We are glad we did as the service was good and we could not fault it. In Australia we have heard about the NHS and the service was well in excess of our expectations.
